Republic Act 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012
Eduble collects and processes personal information of teachers, students, parents, and school administrators strictly for purposes of student records management, attendance tracking, grade reporting, and DepEd-mandated School Forms (SF1 through SF10).
Information we collect — names, email addresses, Learner Reference Numbers (LRN), grade levels, attendance records, grade records, and class-related submissions. Parents additionally provide their name, email, and the link code issued by the adviser.
How we use it — to fulfill the school's lawful duty under DepEd policy. No data is sold to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics are retained for product improvement and capped to 90 days.
Your rights under RA 10173 — you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time via your account Settings page. Audit logs of administrative actions are retained for 1 year and accessible to your school administrator on request.
